: The two ramp boat launch is very accessible for launch and recovery down to a -2 tide. We also have an all aluminum center mooring float which makes it very stable and robust with numerous cleats for securing any size boat."

Port of Manchester facilities include an elevated boat launch, tow vehicle parking, and picnic area. "Visitors can bask in the sun on our sandy beach, paddle to nearby Blake Island State Park." Moorage fees are charged year round for mooring at docks, floats and buoys from 1 p.m. to 8 a.m. Daily and annual permits are available.

Located in Kitsap County on Puget Sound, Blake Island offers 1500-feet of moorage dock and 24 mooring buoys. Electrical service is available at the docks for a $6.00 fee. A boat pump-out is also available.
